    The service wasn’t necessarily lacking but our poor server was swamped. He seemed to be one of the only ones working and his serving assistants weren’t a huge help. It was also a Monday so I’m sure they were understaffed. But he was great and food was great

    The food at Etta was a 10/10. Everything we ate was amazing! We got the focaccia, Caesar, ricotta pillows, spicy rigatoni and tiramisu cheesecake. The Caesar salad was one of the best I’ve ever had and the pasta were amazing. The only thing was the service was really slow and they do have a dj inside so it’s a little noisey.

    Beautiful restaurant, service is great, food mediocre. I had the salmon it was fishy and the chicken parmesan too cheesy. The little gem Caesar is really good.

    Unfortunately the wagu steak tasted like beef jerky, over-salted and over seasoned . Almost not edible. You certainly could not taste any flavor of the actual beef. Fortunately the bartender and overall service were much better than the food.

    Honestly, we have no problem paying for good food and service. But from the time we sat down the server took 10 mins to approach, there were extra place settings until food arrived, he did not go over anything on the menu or seem inviting. Then they brought out drinks one at a time with a 10 min wait between me getting my drink and my friend getting theirs. The server also didnt know the menu and said they didn’t have the Hamachi when I just saw someone get own. He then came back and said they had it 5 mins later. The food was good but the service was mid for the price you pay and the limited menu.

    Food was average and overpriced, one of our pastas was gummy and completely over cooked. Noise level was very high all in all this place is a miss for us with so many better restaurants in the area.

    One of the most beautiful restaurants in Scottsdale. We were surprised that the menu was very small. We had two pasta dishes and both were amazing.
