Evergreen is currently under new ownership by the group that owns Mosaic! The dining room has been renovated to provide a lounge space, and opened up to provide some natural light to make the space more warm and inviting.

Davis Pardon under the guidance of James Beard nominee Alex Perry, brings a seasonal twist on some southern favorites. We offer an ever changing list of dishes including steaks, oysters, fish, chicken, house made pasta and so much more. Our meals wouldn't be complete without a signature cocktail or paired bottle of wine.

    Our initial thoughts were the restaurant had a nice atmosphere and our server was friendly and knowledgeable, but she was extremely overwhelmed with tables outside,, in our room and the main dining room. Our reservation was for 7:00. We were excited to try the cocktails featured on the website and Instagram, but soon discovered that the CO2 machine was down, leaving half the options off. I ordered an espresso martini and it was not good. The dirty martinis were liked, but several people at the table had problems getting their drinks initially. At 8:15, it was apparent that our server was spread thin. I was feeling weak and desperately needed something to eat quickly, so I ordered some soup. We enjoyed it. The oysters were plopped down on table harshly without accompanying sauces or crackers. Service of food needs to be presented with more care. Each time, plates were handed over people or placed down hard. Two of us ordered burgers medium. They were huge and good, but completely well done. No pink center to be found. The pasta was $38 and not cared for. The chicken dish was good. All in all, this place has a nice vibe, but has a lot of kinks it needs to work through. All three couples agreed we wouldn’t care to return for the price, mediocre food and lack luster cocktails.

    Oysters weren't fresh, server was awkward, way overpriced for the quality of food. Wife's fish entree was so salty she had to stop eating.

    We booked a patio spot for lunch on parade day. Coming in from out of town, I wasn’t sure how it would work BUT the food was great. The entire staff was wonderful and accommodating. Everyone I interacted with was kind: server(s), bartender, chef. I could not say better things about this place. I got the feeling it was typically a quiet, low key experience. The patio was a great place to be during the parade.

    Went on Valentine’s Day, has a prepaid menu (which was expected) . Our starters were really good, I had lobster bisque and wife had goat cheese dip. We both had the wagyu beef. While the taste was exceptional the beef was a just a touch stringy. This did not at all ruin anything….we’ve had same dish at this restaurant previously and it is remarkable. For desert we had king Napoleon and chocolate crème brûlée. They were good, only thing we didn’t like is we had to have one of each, didn’t realize we could not choose either or. Again not a big deal, we had a fantastic time great Pinot noir. This has become our favorite restaurant.

    Great food, very nice atmosphere, our server was very nice and attentive, but it got very busy around 6:30, and feel they could have used a bit more staff. Other that, and it was Valentine's Day, it was wonderful!

    We are so glad we landed here for dinner with so many options to choose from in Ocean Springs. The food was incredible and Gavin was an amazing server. We loved getting to visit with the chef as well! We will be back!

    Very nice experience. Wagyu steak was excellent. seafood gumbo great. We had drinks prior French 75s unfortunately they were very sour and not that good. Other than that everything was really good

    Came from in brunch, had an 11:30a reservation. When we entered you would have thought the place was closed or we arrived before they opened. Host was folding silver with AirPods in, no music on, service was just terrible. Our server mumbled when speaking and honestly looked like she just rolled out of bed in her boyfriend’s sweater and house shoes. Sucks that the atmosphere and service was bad because the Crab Cake Benedict and Steak & Eggs were great!
