   From the moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly, courteous, and professional staff, and we were treated that way the entire night. The food was exceptional in both taste and presentation. It is truly a crafted, personalized experience, not just a night out to dinner. This was our first time at Evolution and it will not be our last.

   Be of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The filet was tender along with super creamy and smooth 6 hour mashed potatoes. My Beef Rob was really amazing. Tender, flavorful and a huge portion. Brian our server was top notch. Knoweledgeable, friendly and efficient. Haven’t been since the rebranding and can’t wait to go back. ,

   Food was just ok, not great I would not order scallop crudo again Seared Branzino was ok but they did not get the skin crispy Spicy cucumbers were great, scallop risotto was good as well

   Cocktails were great… ordered 2 dirty martinis (yum) a gin cocktail which was nice and the Sauvignon blanc was nice but slightly tart. The server was attentive and very pleasant but the food was a let down. No bread service. We ordered the scallop risotto…flavor was decent but risotto was undercooked. We also ordered the chicken schnitzel which seemed like chicken thigh. It came with the mashed potatoes, which were meh. The cacio Pepe gnocchi had no bite and minimal flavor. Food also took a long time to come out. For the price, it was very underwhelming. Hate to give a negative review to a newer place but for the price they need to up their game.

   The place is very pretty. I loved the little table with very plush chairs. The service was terrible. My drink was weak and half full. The food was good but menu is very limited. The noise level was very loud. We will not be going back.

   A perfect evening out. One of the best meals I've ever eaten. Ordered the mussels & Branzino with a side of glazed carrots & Chicken Schnitzel with 6 hour mashed potatoes. The dishes were phenomenal, service superb & vibe just right. Can't wait to come back!

   This was our first time dining at Evolution. We went there hungry and left hungry. Portion sizes are extremely small, flavor of the food, however, was exquisite.  Service felt like a sales pitch from the minute we entered the restaurant - a turnoff for us, but perhaps not for others. The GM was phenomenal, is clearly experienced and knows how to run higher end restaurant. Not sure that we will return, we are frequent diners at The Crown.

   Nicely appointed venue. Large bar area. Our first time and it was a very good experience. Drinks were very well made. Kudos to the bartender. Food is prepared in an interesting ways. We thoroughly enjoyed our appetizers and main meals. Only reason for not receiving an Outstanding is the limited choices of the main courses.
