   The food, while presented elegantly, lacked depth and flavor. Each dish felt like it was missing a vital ingredient - soul. The culinary experience was akin to eating a beautifully crafted shell with nothing meaningful inside.

   The food was delicious and inventive, but we were disappointed in the service. Had 5 o’clock reservations, were there when they opened and joined a line of six others waiting to be seated. Seated with menus by 506 and given Waters. after 20 minutes without seeing a waiter, we asked the bus boy to send a waiter who could take our cocktail order. Waiter did not show up until 538 despite mostly empty Restaurant. At that point, the waiter wanted to take our complete order and not just a cocktail order.  another service issue: when we were 2/3 through the meal and the waitress stopped by our table, I ordered a second beer. It didn’t come until after we had finished our meal, plates were gone.

   If you have not been to Eylan yet, go now before it gets crowded! That said, the food was delicious, the service friendly and attentive, and the ambience, comfortable and not stuffy. We had two small plates, 1 bread, 2 small entrees and 2 larger entrees. Though it seemed like a lot, we decided to try most anything that sounded good. The Hamachi was such a treat! Fresh tasting and not at all fishy. It was served with a crispy, light batter-fried herb leaf and was lighter than a potato chip. The Black Cod was light and cooked to perfection with a crisped skin and tender flakiness. The Cornish Hen was reminiscent of our favorite Indian dish, Butter Chicken, but lighter and without bones! All the dishes were made with the care and originality that we usually go to Ettan to get. We will be back again!

   Excellent food and customer service. Highly recommend this place. It feels bit noisy if you are looking for quieter place. Ask for table away from center.

   Nice ambiance, wonderful decor , friendly and attentive staff - making you feel very welcomed. Food was delicious and we re-ordered quite a few items. Will be back soon

   Excellent food. We ordered several dishes, some vegan and everything was scrumptious! Service was exceptional. Highly recommend Eylan!

   Food was outstanding, a symphony of flavors, felt very different from the more usual Indian-American flavors, more complexity and originality. The service was great, very attentive and the dishes were perfectly spaced not too soon not too late. Atmosphere is very nice, it would be perfect if it was a little less noisy and there was a little more light to read the menus.

    Way Too Noisy!!!! Takes away from enjoyment. Interesting you list it as energetic, we see it as annoying
