Excited to be opening his "F1RST" restaurant, Award winning Executive Chef/Owner Adam Weiss who is known for his creative mix of unique flavors, textures, and artful presentation will be opening F1RST, an Eclectic American Fine Dining BYOB Restaurant. Focusing on seasonal American Cuisine with a twist, Chef Adam Weiss is bringing his distinctive cooking to Northern New Jersey.
Diners will delight in the two uniquely decorated dining rooms that are upscale and trendy with avant garde artwork, subdued lighting, soothing background music, and an intimate fireplace.

There is a choice of five appetizers, intermezzo sorbet palate cleanser, choice of five entrees, and choice of four desserts.     We really enjoyed our meal. Calamari and salad were delicious. Cod was good, cauliflower/parsnip puree was excellent. Chicken marsala was very good too. Shrimp and grits were ok. Hostess was very friendly and our waitress was nice too

    Adam Weiss creates the most beautiful and delicious food . Everything is cooked to perfection and his staff is very conscientious about food allergies. Hedy Weiss is the best hostess ever. On a rainy cold night we had a delicious meal 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

    My wife and I dined here for the first time back in October and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. We went back again last weekend to see if we still loved it as much and we were definitely not disappointed. We both ordered different menu items each time and everything was superb. This place is by far the best place we've eaten in Bergen County. Yes, we have dined at Cafe Panache, Saddle River inn, etc., which are all particularly good in their own right, but First is heads above all of them. The menu is very innovative and there is something for everyone. The service is first rate, and everyone attempts to make your dining experience enjoyable. Also, whoever designed the interior space did an excellent job. Even though First is not actually in a bad area, it's not what one would consider picturesque, and the interior makes you forget where you are. We are looking forward to eating here again after the holidays. You should too, you won't be sorry.

    All do the food was excellent. Best meal I’ve had in the greater Bergen County area in a long while. This might be my new favorite restaurant in the area.
