Fabian’s Italian Bistro is worth checking out any day, but if you happen to be in the neighborhood on Tuesday or Wednesday, you’re in for a treat. Tasting Tuesday dinners include an ever-changing special tasting menu, where you can try smoked pork, scallops, pork tenderloin, polenta, squid ink spaghetti and more. We four adults chose the "Sunday Night Supper." The Caesar Salad was fresh and plentiful; the Lasagna was delicious, as the layers of noodles were thin and light in taste. For dessert we were served "Pot De Creme," which was smooth, creamy, and delicate. Since, Fabian's atmosphere is quiet, we enjoyed our dinner and conversation. Our youngster chose Mussels, and they were fresh and very tasty. We will return to Fabian's very soon.

Fantastic food, warm atmosphere, and great service! The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the flavors were authentic and rich. Don’t miss the orange creme brulee—it’s the perfect sweet finish. Highly recommend for a great Italian meal!
