   Was there for the Brunch with Santa event and it was a really great experience. The staff made everyone feel welcome, the brunch stations were set up to avoid overcrowding and the food was amazing! Despite a good number of families there, the event was very well organized and we never had to look for our waitress as she was always close by to assist. Will definitely be back next year!

   What a wonderful experience at the Santa Brunch! A great bunch that we will now make a holiday tradition. The Fairmont did an incredible job. The only thing that held us back from 5 stars was Santa. I’m no expert on pretend Santas, but it was the first time my daughters said ‘that’s definitely not Santa.’ Other than that it was a blast.

   The cooks, servers, staff, and management were professional, welcoming, and tried with no avail to make a very underwhelming overpriced experience worth the price. With that said, dinner in a ballroom, sparcely decorated, mediocre entertainment left me disappointed that I spent over $600 for me and two members of my family to eat dinner. I should have opted for a restaurant meal as I did last year for half the price.

   The food was subpar for any price, let alone for $150 per person. I expected a carving station, not a pre-carved station. The turkey, ham and prime rib were boneless... Reminded more of the turkey served at Dennys year around. I expected a full size turkey and ham to be sitting there being carved especially at this price. I think most people have caught wind of how bad this place is for Thanksgiving given how empty it was.

   We expected alot more from a thanksgiving buffet and it did not meet our expectations compared to other restaurants and hotels we have been to.

   Went for the Thanksgiving dinner in the ballroom. The food was really good and plentiful. The staff was very polite, friendly and attentive.

    Room was too large and band was too loud. The food was not hot and tasted like store bought. Very disappointed. We paid $352.00 for 2 people including a service charge and $ 30 to park. At this caliber of hotel, the room should have been set up more intimate and with table rounds and not a combo
