Overall the event was executed very well. Details were thoughtful and ambiance was great. I think for the price, 1-2 drinks (mimosas/Bloody Mary’s) should have been included per person. Our party was a little surprised to see the cash bar when the details of the event online and in our email reminder made us believe drinks were included. The food was okay. A great selection of options but nothing was remarkable.

We had an absolutely delightful time at the Fairmont Olympic's Jazzy Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 20, 2025. My wife Cheri, our sons Match and Chase, Match's girlfriend Leah, and our daughter Maisie joined me for what turned out to be a memorable family outing. The atmosphere was vibrant, with live jazz setting the perfect tone for a festive Easter celebration. The brunch spread was exceptional—fresh, flavorful dishes with a wide variety to suit everyone’s tastes, from savory to sweet. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed. The elegant setting of the Fairmont Olympic added a special touch, making it a perfect backdrop for our family’s holiday gathering. Maisie and Leah especially loved the macaroons, which had an added touch this year with our picture on them, taken at the event—a delightful and personalized surprise! Maisie also enjoyed the dessert station, and we all appreciated the lively music. Highly recommend this event for anyone looking to elevate their Easter Sunday with great food and joyful vibes!

I always look forward to the Fairmont Olympic's Easter Jazz Brunch. They do a fantastic job in a beautiful setting. The Spanish Ballroom is all set up with the buffet in the middle and the jazz band to the right. Plenty of room to move about. Best items on the menu were the spring salad mix, the fresh fruit, the leg of lamb, the cornbread pancakes and the shrimp. Plenty of options for everyone... Our server was the best. Attentive, but not hovering. She kept us well stocked with things... The music this year was really good. Sometimes it can get loud, so I recommend sitting away from the band. The music still carries throughout the place... Beware of the square tables they use. The legs on this set up stuck out right where one sits. All three of us had to sit several inches from the table and at an odd angle to eat. We bumped the table every time we got up, thus spilling drinks... Another thing to look out for - Please, don't bring the bill when we're still eating. Not sure if this was a miscommunication, but the supervisor came over with his credit card reader wanting us to settle the drink bill even while we were chewing our food. In a 3/4 empty place, there is no need to rush and turn over the tables. I hate being handed my hat... Let me be the one to tell you "I'm ready for my bill now".

The experience was not what we envisioned whatsoever. The small food offerings were not up to Fairmont standard, nor were the included drink options with our package. As a previous Fairmont employee, I expected F&B offerings that were elevated, creative and worth the high end price of our tickets. The DJ was not engaged with the crowd whatsoever until 30 mins til midnight. With such a beautiful venue and ambiance, the space could have transformed to create a more memorable experience for guests. There also wasn’t security or proper check in procedures for said event. Multiple employees passed us and said nothing.

We did the Fairmont at home dinner for Christmas special. The food was delicious. We ordered for 2-4 people and had enough food for 6-8 Definitely a good option for someone interested in hosting a thanksgiving dinner but shy about the cooking.

My family and I were visiting our son for the Thanksgiving Holiday in Seattle. A friend recommended the Take Out Dinner Service the hotel offered for Thanksgiving. We ordered a family meal for 8 and it did not disappoint ! It was such an easy process from start to finish. we arrived at the hotel at our designated time, gave the valet staff our name and shortly thereafter another staff member came to our car to greet us and confirm our order. We signed to confirm and our complete holiday meal was wheeled out to our car and loaded up promptly. Once at home, we followed the directions provided with our meal and in less than an hour our meal was ready to enjoy. The turkey was delicious and well seasoned, the mashed potatoes were the biggest hit of the night. Vegetables, salads with dressing, stuffing and bread were also part of our holiday meal. We cannot say enough great things about this first time experience for our family. We are grateful to all that helped prepare and deliver the meal to us. We would highly recommend this dining experience to anyone traveling from out of town for the holidays in Seattle. We would even recommend it if you wanted a hassle free holiday and you lived in the Seattle area.

This was a fashion show and the reception was in the Spanish Ballroom foyer with the fashion show held in the ballroom. The reception was well done with wine, cocktails and light appetizers. There were also two photobooths that were very popular. The fashion show was well done and seemed to flow smoothly. The fashions were wonderful...edgy but very wearable. Overall it was a wonderful event and even better because a portion of the proceeds are being donated to Seattle Children's Hospital.
