   Waste of $150. Plates wet and dirty. Food bland and overpriced. Walk over to Clifton Hill instead.

   Way overpriced. Food didn’t replenish very often, it at all. Mediocre at best. Wont be returning.

   I was very unimpressed with this buffet, the lack of food was appalling, it took forever for them to refill the hot plates, the food was either overcooked and dry or was cold and the cheese was congealed and in a blob. The only thing my son chose to eat after seeing the limited selection was from the charcuterie table where he ended up with a piece of moldy cheese. The staff at the hotel were very apologetic and are working to refund the outrageous cost for what we were presented with and this will not affect my decision to come back to the hotel, but will not be eating at this buffet again.

   We arrived for our reservation and found the buffet to be deplete of a large number of items. The most popular spot was a pasta bar that had wet soggy items and there was no pizza or rolls to be had. Our waiter was abrupt, almost threw our place settings down, and did not provide us the opportunity to order a beverage before we were sent to the buffet. Due to the dirty tables and floor, lack of items on the line, and the abruptness of the waiter, we left. We ended up at the barbecue place and distillery, and had a pretty good dinner, just elsewhere.

   The booking was very easy. We had to change days and that was handled with extreme and . helpful attitude. Our table was exactly as asked for and the whole check in etc. handled well and most friendly attitude and consideration. The food unfortunately on a whole was quite disappointing for the price.

   I am so disappointed. First off we had to wait even though we had a reservation. Had we come late it would’ve been an issue. They seemed to be catering to walking so much that reservations had to wait. The 530 group was also waiting by the time we came in. Firstly no waiter came to our table until about half a hour after seating and we had to ask for water for the table. The food was subpar. No muscles in the muscles, over salted ribs, tasteless arancini, and empty dish servers to name a few. The waiter spilled water all over the place and didn’t clean it up though he looked overworked I can’t fault him completely. It just wasn’t a good experience at all. The dessert was good as well as the fruit so if you go please eat that. Other than that I can’t say I liked anything more than the Mac and cheese which stayed empty because it was edible. I will not be coming again. Oh and although I made a birthday reservation which was written on my paper at arrival no one offered me a birthday song but I heard someone else get a song and saw them with a dessert.

   Had a great experience, didn’t have to wait and we’re seated with a great view of the falls, staff was attentive, brunch was classic and they brought our a cute birthday cake for me

   To us it was a little overwhelming if you are not use to large crowds. The price was crazy high when there is no way to find out how much it is before hand and you only find out when you get there. The food was okay.

    I’m writing a review because when I was planning my travel to Niagara the bad reviews prior made me decide I was not going to visit but I ended up just trying for our breakfast because it just was easier since staying in the hotel and I actually found it good and also wish I had visited the prior evening for the buffet because I’m sure it would’ve been much better than the alternative I had chosen any way was happy and satisfied with my experience for my family we had a good breakfast.will visit again
