Our authentic BBQ starts in a live-wood smoker stoked with genuine hickory logs. Our pitmasters hand-rub the meats with a custom blend of spices and cook for hours to extract the natural flavors. We source the highest quality meats and trim them up like we’re in a competition and hand-rub them with the freshest seasonings available to create mouthwatering experiences! In addition to our BBQ and grilled meats, our menu features a selection of salads, sandwiches, side items, and made-from-scratch desserts.

We decided to visit famous Dave’s, which we had not been to an over 10 years and used to really enjoy. The service was friendly and we receded quickly, but after ordering a large American buffet style plate for two to share, and all of the meat on it was cold and seemed like it had been cooked hours ago. It appears the restaurant has gone down as the lines that we used to see outside are no longer there. Quite expensive for a plates full of cold food.

Good solid bbq - Mac & Cheese don’t bother! The ribs are good. Chicken tenders are ok. Rib tips good but fatty. Pork chunks good. Onion strings - great. Coleslaw a bit mayonnaisy for me but my husband loved it.
