We had reservations. The lady at the take out counter yelled at my son with autism and my father wit Alzheimer’s that they need to wait 25-30 mins. I walked in hearing this after my father said we had reservations on open table. Joy came to seat us . She said immediately she was 7 days a week and hated her job and wish the day was over. I am visiting from maui, I’ve been in the restaurant business for over 25 years. I was shocked and very disappointed. To top off the double bad service, they would not honor our online app ( I downloaded famous Dave’s ) so we paid full price. I will never be back to this location. Joy needs a day off obviously. Everytime we asked for anything she yelled “ HEARD” at us. I wanted to tell her customer service is 99% of the tip. I usually tip 25% and above. This place is not a place for anyone. Several ppl walked out.
