   A Once Enjoyable Go-To, Now a Disappointment We’ve always enjoyed dining here, but our most recent visit was a major letdown. The service was painfully slow from ordering drinks to getting food-with our raw appetizers taking nearly an hour to arrive. When we asked about the delay, the manager (maybe?-dressed in jeans and a blazer) kind of chuckled and that was the end of it. There were no check-ins or attempts to explain the situation by staff while we waited. We took 2 bites of the appetizers and did not finish them due to poor quality. The wine we ordered to go with dinner arrived before our cocktails came out, the sommelier did not bring the correct glasses for the wine. Overall not in line with the price point and service expected for a restaurant/resort of the same caliber. When we decided to cancel the rest of our meal and leave—no one apologized, asked why we were leaving or even seemed to care. What was especially strange was that after we left, the restaurant canceled our reservation on OpenTable, which feels like an effort to avoid a negative review. Our past experiences here were typically lovely, but since COVID, the quality of both food and service has clearly deteriorated. Unfortunately, after this visit, we won’t be coming back.

   Uncooked duck, overcooked mushy . Server very pleasant yet we spent a ridiculous time waiting for food without updates. General Manager did nothing except appreciate feedback. Disappointing at best.

   Set Thanksgiving meal that was both expensive and quite bad. And I have zero problem paying for a great meal, as an example, like we had the following evening at La Toque.

   The family atmosphere on Thanksgiving was one of a kind. Our initial experience was excellent. Our table was ready on arrival. The server got our drinks and first two courses out in a very timely manner. Then the wheels fell off. We waited for almost thirty minutes for the main course and while there was a bus staff member near us the plates just continued to pile up. By the time for coffee and dessert no one had been to check on us for over 40 minutes. Really too bad for the very expensive meal.

   Another fantastic Thanksgiving at FARM - we’ve been six times for Thanksgiving now and it’s always been wonderful. Great vibe, excellent wine and awesome food - especially the turkey terrine, mashed potatoes, dressing and sweet potatoes. The presentation was better this year than last with turkey and sides served in their own dishes - so much better. Only slight criticism is the soup came before we’d finished the oysters and sparkling wine - usually timed better. But a small quibble in the grand scheme of things. See you next year.

   Beautiful space and warm ambiance in a lovely resort setting. However, we felt the quality of the food and service has declined from prior visits. The Ceasar salad was good. The cacio pepe gnocchi was excellent. The pork chop was burnt and the root vegetables were mush and indistinguishable. The NY strip steak was good but the accompaniments were bland. The duck was good. The arrabiata pasta was good, though a bit small for a main. The waiter first inquired about our meals after we’d already finished our mains, so sending back the burnt pork chop was not an option. Though they did comp dessert.

    Very nice restaurant. We sat in the enclosed patio while it was raining and the temperature was perfect. Food and service were both great on a slow evening.
