We are excited for your visit, and welcome you to experience our beautiful outdoor dining room in Newport Beach. That being said we are outdoors and encourage all guest to dress appropriate to the season. We have added a beautiful heated covered awning for the winter months. We offer blankets for sale that can be kept, or left behind and donated to a local charity we support. We will still be requesting a two hour dinning limit per visit.

    We were thrilled to eat here. After sitting in the chairs 5 minutes my guest and myself had discomfort from the uncomfortable chairs. We requested a cushion however the chairs were still uncomfortable. We ordered the pizza of the day and we were disappointed in the quality. The crust tasted store bought, the peaches tasted canned, the cheese made the crust soggy and it was over cooked. I was with a client and did not want to create a scene. The restaurant is beautiful however we had a terrible experience. Solution: 1.) Make sure dough is not overbaked. 2.)Make sure it has flavor. The meat on the pizza was over timed and tough to eat.

    Another delicious meal that was a daily special salad. Excellent service and you can't beat the ambience. I'm neve dissappointed.

    We are frequent customers. This is one of our few "go-to" places. This was a quick late lunch before an evening business meeting in Irvine. As usual the ambience, food and service were top notch. The good news was that with change in seasons the signature pizza has transitioned from apple to peach. Absolutely outstanding! 10/10

    Our second visit to Farmhouse, and we love the romantic atmosphere. After the difficulty of finding a parking space, had to circle & re-enter to the lot 2-3 times. Was trying hard not to let the frustration ruin the dining experience! Once parked, we took the time to enjoy our late brunch and the garden....

    One of the best lunches I have had! Tried the special pizza and a salad which I split with my niece. Dessert was just as good. Would highly recommend but be sure to make a reservation. Service was also exceptional.
