We have been to Italy and studied it's masters. We have tasted (a lot) of wine. We have searched for the best ingredients, and learned and perfected the best recipes. Why wouldn't we be the best Italian experience in the Vail Valley!
The idea of growing fresh fruits and vegetables in the Rocky Mountains might seem crazy to some, but for us it is just another step in perfecting our craft. Our Chefs and Gardeners labor tirelessly to bring you the best produce and ingredients available seasonally
We try each day to live and work with a purpose. Each step of your evening has been pondered. We try hard to bring you the food you crave and anticipate your every need while you are dining with us. From the stuzzichino when you step in our door to the parting sips of limoncello.

Lilly, our waitress was excellent. She didn’t rush us and made wonderful suggestions. The food was delicious and better priced than the restaurants at Beaver Creek Village and the Ritz. I enjoyed a martini in a really nice martini glass which was made to my request. We have been visiting for two weeks and it was one of my favorite restaurants of our trip.

From a getting a warm welcome when we walked in the door to the great food and service - we had a wonderful dinner at Fattoria last night. We ended the night with some house made gelato and limoncello which was awesome! Highly recommend eating here everyone was so friendly and welcoming!

Incredible meal! Definitely worth taking the bus from Vail or Beaver Creek if you are not staying in Avon. The meatballs and tortellini were so delicious. On par with the best Italian restaurants we frequent in Atlanta, GA - a hidden gem of Avon, CO!

Delicious dinner. The owner accommodated us by allowing two more people to join our group on a busy night. The service was excellent and our food was delivered in a timely manner. We will definitely return!

Owner greets you and makes you feel super welcome. Breadth of menu is excellent - tough to make decisions. Veal chop was awesome. My wife raved about pesto pasta. Already made reservations for our next trip.

Great Italian food. Got the bolognese and the lasagna. Josh was an awesome waiter. One of the owners also came around to all the tables to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves. Extensive wine list. Finished the night with a very good blood orange limoncello on the house.
