   The food was amazing, i loved the piano player he was very entertaining. Drinks were top notch i had a blackberry margarita. I went for valentines day and the menu was amazing 4 courses for 75 dollars what a deal.. Disappointed that some of those items are not on the regular menu. My favorite was the coconut cheesecake by far. I can't wait to go back for brunch!

   Went to Sunday brunch. The Fav's Bloody Mary is so flavorful, with just the right amount of heat. We had the Chorizzo Hash​: Roasted Root Vegetables w/ Potatoes, Poached ​Eggs, Hollandaise, AMAZING! The C​hicken & waffles: Buttermilk Fried Chicken w/ Hot Honey Maple ​Glaze & A Poached Egg w/ Creole Hollandaise, EXQUISITE! The OXTAIL AND GRITS: Marinated, Slow Cooked Oxtails with Creamy Grits, DIVINE!!!! Service was great! Friendly hostess and very attentive servers. Highly recommend FAVORITES BISTRO BAR. Can't wait to go back.

   What a fabulous place! Excellent food - Jerk Chicken & Short Ribs were great. But the real winner is the service and the feeling that you are being cared for. Nothing phoney here. Thanks for a great evening.

   Services were amazing. The staff is so kind. I did order a medium streak and the inside was actually raw. They apologized and corrected the issue right away, the only sad thing was my eggs were no longer runny by the time I got my steak back, but they were kind enough to give me an extra side and were always checking in on beverages or any thing else. Highly recommend!

   Terrific, personable, cheerful , and engaging server. Food exceeded our expectations ( French onion soup delicious, but served lukewarm tonight probably to coincide with perfectly heated chicken wings appetizer.). The braised short ribs beautifully served with mashed potatoes and cooked greens were simply WOW! We will be returning again soon.

   This was a 4 or 5 visit and they are consistently great! From service to the food to the ambience! 5 star. The conch chowder is the best I’ve ever had. My husband is a mussels connoisseur. He says theirs has to he the best he’s ever had. I’ve never had an unpleasant experience in this establishment! The staff is amazing and it gives you a feel of being in a different city!

   We were in town for a show at the Garde. I ordered the short ribs and a tiramisu martini. The ribs were cooked to perfection … did not need a knife and they melted jn my mouth. My husband ordered steak and he also enjoyed his meal. Our server, Ryan, was very attentive and helpful. It was a nice date night!

    I had brought my girlfriend to Favorites to celebrate her birthday with a nice dinner. My girlfriend is Haitian/Dominican so she was immediately loving the menu. The food was EXCELLENT! I had the rasta pasta and she had the braised short ribs as well as the mussels. The food was delicious, and mine had a good amount of spice to it which we loved! We tried each other’s food and the braised ribs were so tender and flavorful. The drinks were phenomenal as well! We sat outside facing the water and it was such a nice day. The waitstaff was so great as well! Very kind of personable! When we come back to New London we’re definitely going to stop at Favorites for dinner again!
