   I took my family to Fia before a show and we loved every minute of it. Each member of the staff that we encountered was friendly, polite and accommodating. The food was outstanding. We ordered multiple entrees and small plates and shared most of them simply because we didn’t want to deprive each other of experiencing them. Every dish was creative and complex. I highly recommend this restaurant.

   Josh who was our waiter for my party of 6 was friendly, personable and attentive. We all enjoyed our meals once we finally received them. I received my dish of oxtails in a timely fashion however my other guests had significant delays in receiving their meals. Josh apologized profusely and informed us that there were issues with the oven. Having visited Amina on several occasions we wanted to give Fia a try. Other than that, we had a good experience.

   Joshua, our server, made the experience the best. That's also our son's name and we were there to celebrate his 30th birthday and him completing the Bar exam. It was a memorable night.

   THE FOOD HERE IS AMAZINGGGGG. I had low expectations because of the reviews, and let me tell you, they’re WRONG!!! How could everything taste so damn good?!! I know this is the part where I was supposed to deduct a star, but the food was that good!! There were only 2 servers for the entire restaurant, and I mean the service was really really slow, but for those heavenly bites? I’ll wait!! We pretty much ordered everything off the menu, and if I may suggest, just get the entrees, instead of a few appetizers that won’t fill you up. I feel that’s where the bad reviews were coming from. However, the crab pot pie and lobster roll were dinner portions and were great. I also recommend the whole snapper. It’s huge and can feed an entire family. Beautiful restaurant, but definitely on the pricier side.

   I recently visited Fia , service and the food was so outstanding that I couldn’t resist coming back for more. From the first bite, I knew I was in for something special. The flavors were incredible, and everything was prepared with such care and attention to detail. I tried the oxtails and it completely blew me away — the balance of flavors was perfect, and the texture was spot on. After that first experience, I just had to go back and try something else on the menu, and once again, I wasn’t disappointed. The fired snapper was just as delicious, if not better! It’s clear that the chefs take great pride in their work and know how to create dishes that leave you wanting more. The service was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a restaurant that serves food so good you’ll be counting the days until your next visit, this is the place. Highly recommend it!

   My better half and I checked this out for the first time last evening, and even with being short-handed, we were shown a great time. Josh executed excellent service, always checking on us, making sure our standards were met. He also made great food suggestions! The plating was great and food was quite flavorful!     My dining experience on Valentine's Day was outstanding The food was on point and the service was top notch. I would strongly rate Fia as a 10 and recommend my friends to attend
