   Lovely restaurant and perfect to take our little dog. Would have liked to have seen more gluten free options on menu but I understand this is difficult in majority of restaurants. Atmosphere however was lovely and quiet. Ample parking on site . Service I found was a little slow and had to approach staff to pay bill but all in all would return as dog friendly 🙂

   A lovely Sunday lunch for 4 people. We chose the chicken and beef roasts. Very good quality and not oversize. Nice selection of wines. Friendly and professional staff. Very nice location. Nice ambience.

   We chose this restaurant as it claimed to be dog-friendly, and they couldn't have been more helpful to our very frightened dog. Water, treats, fuss and a special concession of opening a side door to allow him out avoiding other diners all really helped. The food was good, too ;-)

   This was our first time at the Filly Inn but it certainly won’t be our last - everything was excellent from the minute we walked in and got a lovely welcome from the team member running the restaurant. Our food was delicious, the service was good even though they were very busy and we all really enjoyed our Sunday roast. Great pub, no doubt we will be back.

   The lady serving us was very good and comfortable table near the fire. The food Shephers pie was well over-priced for the small amount received (just a small amount of cabbage on the side) and was greasy and did not taste great ..... lack of seasoning. Would not return to eat sadly.

    We booked a table for Saturday night at 6.30pm, we arrived about 10 mins early and was shown to our table immediately. we were offered their standard menu or a special set menu (with choices) as it was Burns Night (25th Jan). We both decided on the Burns Night menu, the food was excellent and the service was first class. Of particular note was the "Lamb Rump" it was cooked rare and it was just so tender and tasted amazing!
