Fiola Miami brings the cuisine and culture of Italy to Coral Gables, "The City Beautiful." Recognized as one of the best fine-dining Italian restaurants in South Florida, Fiola Miami is Fabio Trabocchi's first restaurant venture outside of Washington D.C. and marks the Michelin-starred brand's second location.

Our menus are founded on authentic Italian traditions creatively evolved for the contemporary palate. Each dish blends our passion for the season and local ingredients with rich nostalgia and unexpected delight.

Fiola Miami's unparalleled wine portfolio places an emphasis on luxury wines and exclusive partnerships with national and international wineries. Fiola offers nightly dinner service; a Prix Fixe Lunch ($42) and Happy Hour menu available Tuesday through Friday; and Sunday Brunch. The Bar features select items from our dinner menu, alongside craft cocktails. Fiola is renowned for hosting events in our private dining rooms, outside in our luxe tent, or as a full buyout.

Begin your evening with a Flight of Caviar and Champagne - sample our Gloucester Scallop Tartare - enjoy our classic Black Truffle Acquerello Risotto and Pan Roasted Dover Sole - then treat yourself to a Hazelnut Pavlova with Truffle Vanilla Gelato to top it off.     We had an excellent corner table. Our server was knowledgeable and pleasant. The spaghetti ghitarra was outstanding! Drinks were excellent. The Fiola chocolate cake was a perfect ending to our meal. We are looking forward to returning.

    Not the best as was expected Sat in the back room. next to crying children when I asked to move the waiter said they would be leaving soon. Sadly they didn't. I also asked the waiter to raise the temp 2 times as everyone in the room was cold Again no response.

    Went to Fiola Miami for an early dinner and while the happy hour menu looked great, we ordered the lobster ravioli which was superb and a simple arugula salad which was fresh and perfectly dressed. Even for a relatively simple meal, it was expensive which we were prepared for given other reviews. It is such a special place with lovely ambience and great service. A perfect spot for delicious food and quiet conversation -- given the prices, probably need to save it for a special occasion.

    We had an amazing Thanksgiving dinner at Fiola. The pre-set menu offered many options, but we decided to go with the classic turkey and pecan pie. Both were amazing, and Gaetano, our waiter, was exceptional. The wine selection is wonderful. We were recommended a delicious Spanish wine that was excellent value for money.

    Disappointed…the restaurant is beautiful, and the meal started off well enough. The bread and burrata appetizers were good but not outstanding. For my entree I splurged for the Tomahawk steak, while the exterior was well seasoned, the presentation was top notch and the seasoning was great, the steak was severely undercooked and served lukewarm (not hot). On top of that our waiter disappeared so unless I wanted to get up and go to the hostess stand I had no way to express my issues. In fact, we had to grab another worker to ask for our leftovers to be packed up and get our check. Not what you expect dropping several hundred dollars for a meal. The restaurant manager did make a slight adjustment to our check when we were paying and he heard about our issues, so maybe we’ll try again another time.
