   Not As Advertised! We dined on Sunday at 6:00. This is not the time to go if you are looking for any type of enjoyable experience. The food was good, a lot of options but then you carry your bowl to a designated area and wait until they cook it. Very boring and no show or “dazzle”. The wait staff seemed very uninterested in being there or having us as guests. We are not heavy drinkers so that seemed to let them down. I would choose something else for our next trip and suggest the same. This is an over priced Mongolian grill type restaurant with Zero “Fire” or “Ice”.

   It sounds like our interactive, all-you-can-eat grill experience wasn’t quite what you were expecting, Dustin. While we don’t claim to be a hibachi-style show, we do aim to provide an exciting and engaging atmosphere, especially at peak times. Sundays at 6 PM tend to be busy, and while our cooks work hard to keep up with demand, we understand that the energy may not have been what you were hoping for. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to ensure that every guest—whether they're here for the food, drinks, or the full experience—feels welcomed and taken care of.

   Food was good and seemed like a good value. Guy at the front didn’t seem very friendly or eager to help, however our waitress was very nice and attentive. Would definitely go back

   The grill took much longer than expected—even for very small plates. The food sat there cooking for so long that by the time we got it the food was overcooked & the rest of our party had already eaten. A bit disappointing.

   We bought gift cards and they had a promo where you get an extra $25 for every $100. You can only use one promo for every table which was fair. We were a group of 16. They made sure we understood the rules, mostly that it’s 2 hours, 1 bowl, sauce on side, which drinks have refill and which do not. Overall experience was wonderful. Food was fresh and variety was good. If there is a point of improvement, i’d say to post some ideas of what you can do - pasta, stir fry, cheese burger varieties, etc. Because if you mixed the wrong sauces, the end result may be too weird LOL! Not their fault I know. We were there Saturday brunch. Same $26.99 all day, they had decent items for breakfast which ends at 3 pm then it becomes purely all dinner items. I recommend it.
