    Our first visit. We've been missing out. Booths are spacious and comfortable. The height of the ceilings absorbs the noise, making normal conversation easy. The food was outstanding...so many flavors kept my tastebuds dancing! Casey was on it and provided wonderful service all evening. Thanks for the birthday cheesecake. It was fantastic! Look forward to our 2nd visit!

    Shrimp on steak was cold for both my wife and son. It was my wife’s birthday and waiter implied dessert was comped but we had to pay which was not a big deal it was just a surprise when check came.

    Service was excellent, steak was cooked perfectly and the vegetable medley amazing. Food couldn’t have been better.

    Firebirds has been one of my favorite spots for many years. The menu has something for everyone and prices, although higher than previously, are still in line. It is very comfortable dining and I have never had bad service. The wine bottle display and bar area are fun to view. Even the restroom is above average.

    Thank you to the manager and compliments to the chef for an excellent dinner.There was a slight mishap with pne of our orders and the manager was on the spot without being asked. This is true customer service, and hard to find these days. it is rare, to feel like you are valued. It was evident that the manager truly cared. Thank you, Firebirds. Your manager is an asset. Please let him know how much we appreciate him.

    Have never been disappointed in food or service. Consistently great food and service. Noise level, especially around holidays, has my ears ringing!
