    We had a fantastic dinner experience at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. From appetizers to dessert, everything exceeded expectations. The service was just as impressive. Our server Victoria was incredibly kind and professional. She was always there right when we needed her without ever feeling intrusive. Her attentiveness and friendly attitude made the evening even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

    From the moment I arrived for my reservation, Chelsea set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Her warm smile and professional demeanor created an instant sense of welcome. Chelsea has a natural way of making every guest feel like they’re the most important person in the room, an incredibly rare and valuable trait. Emma, who took care of our table, elevated what could have been a routine lunch meeting into something genuinely enjoyable. Her command of the menu, thoughtful recommendations, and friendly-yet-professional attitude made the entire experience seamless. She carries herself with confidence and authenticity, and her service style is one that should absolutely be recognized and celebrated. I regularly treat members of my team to lunch or dinner a few times a month, and without fail, they continue to ask for Firebirds. The consistent feedback? An A+ experience, every single time. Well done, Firebirds Carmel. Chelsea and Emma are shining examples of what hospitality should look like.     Love it when they have their $19.99 baby back rib special. We had Isaac as our waiter which is the best waiter we've had at Firebirds in years!

    We had a great server, the manager stopped to ask how everything was. I always enjoy their salads…usually the shrimp and strawberry, but I tried the steak salad and it was great.

    The overall experience was good and the only negative part of the experience was the waitress. She was very sarcastic, unfunny and somewhat condescending to our group. Not sure why she felt the need to act in this manner but it certainly will make us think twice about coming back.

    Second time trying steak here and both times it was overcooked and tough. Baked potatoes were not fully cooked either. We could have spent half as much elsewhere and enjoyed our meal much more.

    Fantastically surprised!!! Mixed Green salad with house vinaigrette was an amazing start and it just got better all the way through to the Bread Pudding desert.
