   Went for my wife’s birthday. Put a note in our reservation about it and it was never acknowledged. The server was great and not her fault the host didn’t say anything about the birthday. At the end of dinner went up to the host stand and ask if there was a note in my reservation about a birthday. Three ladies standing there and one rudely says well did they acknowledge it or not. We smiled and walked out no need for confrontation from a host

   Been ,multiple times and never yet disappointed. We started with the deviled eggs. OMG! These are a must try! Candied bacon and jalapeno's in the deviled eggs were amazing! We ordered 2 plates and they were devoured. Service was great. Decent wine list (used to be a little more expansive). Several of us had the Sea Bass which was delicious and the others had several different steaks all cooked exactly how requested. Fresh hot bread and butter also, and good sized portions of everyone's plates. Everyone left satiated and happy. We will be back.

   Our server was great! We really enjoyed the ribs special for $19.99. My buddy and I usually take advantage of specials like that (a hint to the restaurant ).

   Had a fantastic experience - -went there for an email Ribs special with 6 people and they were already out of the Racks of Ribs that were advertised in the email offer. The server Andrew, and General Manager (forgot her name) came over and made it all good. Offered us Filet Mignons or other Steaks at the same price - VERY, VERY nice of her. We had a great meal for my sister's birthday, all excellent. Good drinks, Good steaks, good sides, good desserts. Very nice visit, will go back there again for sure! Thanks

   Food preparation was excellent! Our server was very attentive and as the crowd got larger in our area and she was taking care of bigger tables she made sure to have a support person keep in touch with our table for drink refills and checking in. 3 people in our group all ordered the BBQ rib special, the manager came over after the order was turned in and informed us they only had one more set of ribs and it would be a hour before more ribs showed up. She then offered any thing else on the menu for the same discounted price the Rib special was being offered at. 2 of the 3 took a filet mingon priced at half the normal price. Good move on the managers part.

   We always try to take advantage of the rib special when it comes around...and as always, it did not disappoint! The food was great, the service was good, and everyone had a marvelous time as we always do at both the Chandler and Gilbert locations.
