   The food was amazing however, the server was very slow and not helpful. it was literally 10 people in the restaurant, and she didn't offer bread. She was slow to ask what we needed, slow to serve, and slow to check out.

   Charles was a wonderful server. He was attentive without being disruptive during our meal. His timing was great and made us feel like he was genuinely glad to be serving us our delicious meal! We love Firebirds, service, food and ambiance.

   The waitress was terrible! We sat at the table for about 10-15 minutes without anyone coming and even saying please give me a minute. We never received refills and when it was time for our dessert, she had it for us in to go boxes. Management was great and listened to our concerns.

   My waitress May was absolutely wonderful. She was very friendly and attentive. She even brought me out a little treat for dessert when she found out it was my birthday!

   We had a reservation for 8 to celebrate 2 birthdays with family. Table was ready and they were fine to wait on a few in our party. Nice and accommodating. Our server Luke did a fantastic job. We had lobster spinach queso and cheesesteak rolls for apps. Both were great. Meals were a mix of beef, seafood and salads. Chilian Seabass was melt-in your mouth tender, with nice size shrimp included. All were delicious. They served mini cheesecakes with a creme Brulé toping as the birthday desserts. Also, delicious. A great meal, great service and a fun time!
