   Salmon and salads are always delicious. Our server Michelle is always amazing! One of our favorite places to go for lunch or dinner in Charlotte 😊

   The Firebirds product has definitely gone down in the past few years. Salads are wilty, not fresh. Food for the price is very mediocre. Service is adequate, but not exceptional. I'm not a fan of all the ball cap wearing clientele. This restaurant is a C level restaurant for this area.

   We had a wonderful experience at Firebirds today. Our waitress Emily was so efficient. She was very attentive. My husband had a burger and I had a mixed greens salad. Both were spot on! We both love the cilantro lime dressing. Thank you Firebirds for a great dining experience! See you again soon!
