   Our experience started out a little rocky as 3 of the 4 drinks had something floating in the glasses. Our server stated he’d heard of issues with the dishwasher not having enough power to eliminate debris on the dinnerware. He was quick to take the drinks back and replace and stayed until all were satisfied with the replacements. The manager did stop by the table and said he was made aware of the issue and apologized for the experience. That was well received. Our party ordered various dinners and each was very tasty. Our server made sure we were well taken care of and satisfied with our meals. We were compt desserts for the drink fiascos which was a well received gesture. I wish I could have given a higher score because the server was excellent and the meals delicious but a restaurant that is aware( according to our server) of prior issues with the cleanliness of dinnerware and does not immediately address that issue does not warrant a 5-star rating.

   It was our first time in but will not be our last. The staff was very knowledgeable and experienced. The food, start to finish, was exceptional. I’ve always felt I could judge a restaurant on the quality of their Caesar salad & prime rib…they were both excellent.

   My steak was amazing as usual but my girlfriends New York strip was not cooked to medium well. It was cooked to a medium. The server took it back and they corrected it and the manager even came over to apologize. FYI - if anyone ever orders the NY strip and wants it well done I would recommend to have it butterflied. The associates and management team really care about your experience at Firebirds Chattanooga.

    Excellent experience with full rack of ribs for $20 dinner special. Delicious drinks. Awesome chocolate mouse cake. Cameron was an outstanding server. We will be back!
