   Loved the service, the food and spending time with my family at Firebirds in Collierville! Elvis made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we received all our orders in a timely manner, plus, he helped us pack up all leftovers for our children. The food was delicious, as always! We also enjoyed visiting with our family members without disturbing the other customers and the other customers’ conversations didn’t disturb us. Perfect place to bring family & friends. Awesome job hiring excellent servers!

   One of my favorite restaurants! They currently have a three course meal - i had salmon & shrimp with mashed potatoes & asparagus. Service was good! Always a good time!

   My daughter & I chose FireBirds in Collierville for our mother/daughter brunch. The food was amazing and the service was excellent.

   The quality of the food was poor. The fresh asparagus were paper thin, the salmon portions were small and weren’t the center cuts; they were the small tail ends. The fried spinach was extremely salty. Very disappointing. Was definitely not worth the cost.

   Our first time trying Firebirds and we decided to go there for my wife's birthday. We both enjoyed cocktails and the server mentioned the entree special was BBQ ribs which I had been thinking about. We both selected the same item but my wife asked for a rub rather than BBQ but got the sauce on the side, and both of us enjoyed it thoroughly. I also opted for the Chili which was tasty and just the right spicy. The server brought a nice surprise dessert cheesecake for the birthday girl! Our server Autumn was awesome and checked in on us often to make sure all was well! We will be making a return visit!

    Our favorite waiter was out sick so we had a new person which was fine. The food took longer than normal. Steak came out over cooked and had to remake which took another 20 min came out still not cooked correctly but we ate it no complaints. Didn’t want to wait again manager said low on wait staff and kitchen was off. I guess every night can’t be perfect. We will be back.
