   Very slow waitress. The food wasn’t great for the pricee with the exception of the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls. They were great

   Another solid meal at Firebirds. The menu offers a good variety of consistently good options, and tonight was no exception. While it's not groundbreaking cuisine, you can always count on a satisfying and well-prepared dish. My Firebirds Chicken pasta was tasty, as usual. My companion's steak initially came out a touch undercooked, but the kitchen promptly and efficiently rectified the issue, which was appreciated. Our server, while clearly juggling a demanding table, did an admirable job of checking in, keeping us updated on our food, and attending to our requests. His efforts to stay connected with us despite the busyness were noted and appreciated. Overall, another pleasant dining experience at Firebirds. We're particularly looking forward to the opening of their new location on our side of town and perhaps a sound system and music selection that is less annoying!

   The quality of food is good and the portions are huge, I just didn’t enjoy the flavor combinations (I got a steak). Food came out before bread, our server was not friendly, and clearly didn’t want to be there and the ambiance was too loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. I won’t be back.

   This is one of my favorite restaurants. Tonight, the food and service were both exceptional. We ordered their full rack of ribs with fries and fresh fruit for my wife and Cole slaw for me. Instead of those little wet wipe packets, our meal was accompanied by two warm wash cloths - a nice touch.
