   We decided rather last minute to eat at Firebirds . Reservations at 7. It was extremely busy. Despite full house. The service was prompt and excellent. Our server was Kelsey a delightful, professional attentive young woman. We were waiting for a friend to join us, she was polite and patient, never making us feel rushed . Yes it was loud, it was packed. I assume the reason being, good food, good service…good price. Bottom line for us we will be back, probably early as we are old and our hearing is a problem when restaurants are crowded . We eat out frequently and definitely are pleased to find a good restaurant near our home . We usually head for old favorites in Charlotte. Kudos to Firebirds Fort Mill. I

   I've been to Firebird's numerous times. The 3 course deals for roughly $39 is OK, but the filets and the other steaks are much better for not that much cost. The Street Corn and Mushrooms are really good side choices.

   The food was excellent. Richard, our server, was incredible. We were there celebrating my mom's 91st birthday and they did everything they could to make her feel special. I'm so appreciative!

   Our server Andrew was great! He was attentive, paced the meal well, and was accommodating when our steak was overcooked. The food overall was good but the steak that we ordered Med-Rare came out well done. The manager quickly addressed the issue and promptly provided a new and very tasty steak.

   Steak was overcooked and very salty. I’d recommend ordered a temperature below what you actually want. A bit overpriced for what you actually get.

   Carina was the best! It was our first time eating there; we'd only had delivery before, for our anniversary. Tonight was for my hubby's birthday. Great atmosphere, the food was great as always. Carina and everyone were so sweet and checked on us a lot, which was really nice. We'll keep recommending this place.
