   Excellent service. Great food, our party tried the steaks, burger, chicken sandwich and grilled chicken meal. Everything was great tasting, prepared how we ordered and the portions were large, most of us took something home. We tried the caramel brownie for dessert it didn’t disappoint. Had a great time, highly recommend.

   The service was great. First time we’ve been there for brunch. We love it for dinner and frequently dine there. The brunch selection was a little disappointing. The steak in the steak and eggs bowl had a lot of gristle. Very unusual for them. The lobster sauce on the salmon Benedict was a little fishy tasting and the English muffin a little mushy. We will try again as I know this is not their norm!

   Made reservations and arrived 10 minutes early... They had a booth ready... we were seated immediately. The service was very quick and professional. It was a busy night with Prom students enjoying their meals. We had a party of 4 and all were very satisfied with the meals. The bread and salad and Ranch Rings were both excellent before the main courses. And we had one cheese cake for dessert... quite good. Looking forward to our next visit.

   Firebirds in Fredericksburg is our favorite upscale casual restaurant hands down. We love the menu choices and the ambiance is perfect…classy but never pretentious. The entrees are always excellent however we opt from the salad and sandwich options. I had the Grilled Salmon Salad and my wife the BLT Salad…both outstanding. As a starter we had the lobster queso dip…AMAZING! Our server at lunch Sophia was friendly and attentive to the perfect degree, and the manager stopped at our table to say hello. A+++ all around!

   Three people in our party had steak. We requested that each one be medium rare. Each of them were closer to medium or medium well. Additionally, the meat was mushy, as if the steak had been overcooked or previously chosen. This is the second time we have eaten at Firebirds. For the cost of the food, I would expect a higher quality meal.

   Went for Easter brunch, terrible service. The website didn’t list the times when brunch ended so when we arrived for our 2pm reservation we were told brunch was over. However 30 minutes into our brunch, tables around us were getting served items off the brunch menu. We waited over 45 minutes to receive our food and once we did receive it, our food was cold and unseasoned. We normally love firebirds but this was a terrible experience.

    Firebirds never disappoints. It was Easter Sunday, so it was understandably busy and loud. Our server was obviously busy, but never failed to check on us or bring us what we needed. Food was excellent. Prices, as with everywhere, have gone up and are pretty high. Overall, though, if you want good, consistent food, Firebirds is the place to go!
