   Was disappointed in the quality of the food don’t know if the grill is too hot or what but when you ask for medium rare and it comes out almost well done there’s a problem. I don’t like to complain a lot, but very, very disappointing not worth the price that you pay for it

   We had a very nice evening dining experience. Our meals were cooked just like we ordered and the sides prepared well. Our server Ashley was great and very attentive!

   The New York Strip & Filet Mignon DELICIOUS! Also appreciate how Firebird’s honor our military & veterans. We have been going to Firebird’s for a number of years & never a bad meal & service top notch.

   Had reservations for Military Appreciation evening. Two Veterans and spouse’s at our table. The server was very prompt, amazing attention to detail. Carley (Karly, Carly, not sure of spelling) never allowed our drinks to go empty and was always checking in to make sure that all was good. Brought bread and salads out first which were fantastic as usual. She made sure that all the orders were exactly right and cooked to our liking. Thanked the vets at the end and made it such a wonderful evening having such great service, if only every server could be as attentive and polite the way that she was with our group.

   Dined here quite a few times before. Service was exceptional all times - especially on the patio. Food is honestly mediocre with a few servers stating one thing couldn’t be substituted while the other stated differently. The hostess stand is probably the most attentive group of young ladies. Last night, however, we experienced quite the shocker with Briona/Lola? …as our server. She seemed upset that we took up an empty seat at a high top as instructed by the hostess. She approached us in the most unpleasant way. We’ve dined out many times in different states to know that every guest should be treated the same - every time. 2 other parties sat across from and next to us. It was quite apparent the difference in treatment and facial expressions on Briona’s face while she interacted with us compared to the other tables. Icing on the cake, was her slamming a Luke warm apple juice box for our child on the table - with no straw and quickly walking away. Our food was served, we had no silverware-however she quickly brought ketchup prior to that. She not once checked in to see if our food came out as expected or to our liking as she did the tables next to us. She was rather impersonal with us. Unnecessary and disappointing for a server. Tater tots dripping with grease and way too salty. The tortilla soup seemed lukewarm warm thousand island dressing. One of us needed a soup right away and she seemed to be bothered that we were ready to order our entire meal vs simply have drinks first. She never followed if we would like any drinks to go with our meals. This is why we come here- to enjoy some drink and grab a bite. She made it quite un-memorable for us. We couldn’t wait to leave.

   Dinner was absolutely delicious. It was the veteran honors night and our server was fantastic! Food came out quickly and it was delicious! Love this place.

   It was surprisingly loud for the lunch hour. We brought our staff there and it was a little hard to hear across our round table. Lobster queso was amazing as always, most everyone enjoyed their meals. My filet was very fatty (like half!) and the mashed potatoes were a bit dry and room temp. Not the best meal I’ve had from them, but will go back and order something different next time.
