   I had the prime rib with charred carrots which were excellent. We both had ceaser salads also excellent. My wife had the fillet which she thought was dry, but it was well done as she requested, so. Service is very good and the place is very nice.

   This was my first time dining here. The ambience was good and the food was excellent. Our server, Katherine was personable and on point. My party all ordered entree salads that were delicious and abundant. We also shared the bacon deviled eggs. They were scrumptious! My only complaint is the steak fries. They lacked crispiness and seasoning. I will definitely be back!

   Food was not up to their usual high quality. Steak was overdone and dry, usually it is done absolutely properly. Servers are always top notch, including tonight.

   The food was awesome. Our waiter was clearly new (a “kid”) and he struggled to keep pace, although he was very pleasant. All said, it was a great experience aside from being a bit prolonged.

   I was disappointed with this meal, I tried the Baja Shrimp Pasta and found it was both on the bland side and had only five medium-small shrimp in it, it didn't seem like a good value for for the price. The salads that two members of my party ordered also had rather undersized portions of fish on them in an immense sea of lettuce, the only thing that seemed properly portioned for the price was the cheeseburger one member of the party ordered.

   We always enjoy the food at Firebirds. Their prime rib is probably the best one around. We really enjoyed our meal. We had the best server, Kat. Great service and great customer care.

   This restaurant has been consistently very good in our times these. Their salads are frsh and delicious and the sirloin was perfect. Emily was a wonderful wait staff

   Impromptu long lunch with a good friend - low noise level- great for conversation. Food and the “Wine Down Monday” 1/2 price wine were terrific- stayed for more than 3.5 hours! Our waitress was delightful and appropriately attentive, without bothering our conversation. Thanks Firebirds/ see you again soon!
