   Steak was asked to be very well done. It was medium. Our waitress was great though. Apparently she asked the manager to come apologize and perhaps even offer a gratuitous dessert, but he or she never came over. Also the mashed potatoes are not very good, and the carrot cake is sub par. For $160, and we don’t drink, this place is a terrible value. My wife and I were looking for a new go to restaurant for special occasions. This won’t be it.

   Food and service were great, just as usual. However, I was disappointed to hear that the advertised special was not available. Don't promote what you can't deliver.

   I love this place! We always go when they have deals and today they had one, so it was an inexpensive treat for my husband and me. We had the ribs and they were fantastic! We always get the deviled eggs, which I wish I could make as great as they do, they are amazing! I had a diamond drink and it was delicious!

   We were celebrating our anniversary and mentioned that to the waitress and at the ending of our meal they brought us a lovely complementary crème brûlée cheesecake with “Happy Anniversary” written in chocolate sauce. It was a vey nice gesture and really set the mood for the rest of the night.

    Firebirds in Gilbert is a great place to go for some fine dining. We were there on 3/29/25 and took advantage of the rib special and it did not disappoint. Tender, fall of the bone ribs with their fantastic sauce, just great. Tey offer a wide variety of items on the menu from salads, burgers, steaks, just about anything you have a taste for and that taste will be satisfied. Great food, great service, you can't go wrong.
