   Our dinner at Firebirds was awesome. We ordered the bbq ribs which were falling off the bone tender and served with tasty bbq sauce. The sides of carrots and scalloped potatoes were also delicious. We will be back again.

   Firebirds in Grapevine was a mixed bag. The cocktails were definitely the highlight, but the food left much to be desired. My steak was overcooked, and my friend's Firebirds Chicken Pasta was so overdone she had to send it back. I was impressed with the service recovery; they quickly replaced her meal with the Baja Shrimp Pasta and offered a complimentary salad. Still, the food overall was just average. Given I'm based in Dallas, I probably won't be back since it's not convenient.

   Close to DFW airport which was convenient after picking up a family member. Dogs are not welcome as the Yelp page indicates. We experienced pushback when we entered with a service dog, who had also just flown into the airport, and the manager on staff personally came out to the patio to stop a server from bringing the dog water in a plastic to go container. The manager stated that "legally they could not serve the dog anything from the restaurant's resources". Both the server and the host were kind to us and I felt uncomfortable with how the manager was reacting towards them, tainting our experience. The bread on the blt sandwich was thin, over toasted and kept breaking. The salads were overdressed. The pork was overcooked and very dry. Will most likely not be coming to this establishment again based on our personal experience, and not enjoying our food selections given the price.

   Service was great. 3 course price fix was good value. I had the salmon with shrimp. Cooked well, very flavorful

   Beautiful establishment, good food and wonderful ambience. Jenna was our server and she was the absolute best. Very personable and pleasant to speak with. Gave us honesty and communicated very well to the kitchen staff of our special request. This was a celebration for my cousin birthday and she truly enjoyed it. I will definitely be back to bring my husband for dinner. Thank you!

   We started off with apps and a couple of drinks. The app was the seared ahi Tuna. It was fantastic!! Crisp, light and delicious. We then had the sea bass and filet. Both were great.

   I really love this place but I hated where we were seated. It was so noisy that it gave me a headache. It was just my husband and myself and there was clearly other seating available.

    Our waitress got everything on my order wrong. She brought me a blt salad (instead of a mixed green salad) and argued that the bacon was supposed to be on the salad along with the pecans. The second salad was wrong so then I got a third before I got the correct salad. My steak was cooked medium rare instead of medium, and I did not get any sides. It took awhile to get it all right. My husband and friends ate while I waited. My waitress argued and cast blame on the kitchen or management. When we got our bill , I was surprised that my meal was not comped. I told my waitress—who again blamed others —then spoke with the manager. The manager said she would reimburse me. It’s been 3 hours, and no credit has appeared on my card as of yet. Frustrating situation —we will not be back.
