   They seated us near the back so the noise level was less. Our birthday girl turned 94 and hard of hearing so that really helped. The server was so nice and accommodating. It did not take long to get our food but she kept the bread coming to occupy our young two that are 9&4.

   The entrees were piping hot and the salads were cold and fresh. The server, Alyssa, was magnificent. The pace of the meal was perfect.

   We were once again at Firebirds tonight to enjoy a full rack of ribs, which comes with 2 sides. The ribs were wonderful and came off the bones easily. Here's a tip - go to their website and sign up for the "Inner Circle" to take advantage of their specials when announced in your email or on a text - they have some great deals. The food is always wonderful and - if you should have any problem - it's rectified to your satisfaction. The ambiance of the restaurant and bar is quite enjoyable, and we always experience wonderful service. This place and the people working there are great!

   My wife's meal was delivered incorrectly. The floor manager took care of it immediately but the waitress came over later and argued with my wife about what she ordered. This is unacceptable.

    We were seated promptly. The staff were very friendly yet not overbearing. The onion rings appetizer was so good. The food was amazing. We will make this one of our go to restaurants in Greenville.
