   We had a wonderful experience at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill today. The ribs were absolutely delicious—tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere made for a relaxing meal. As someone with celiac disease, I truly appreciate the gluten-free options available, but I do hope they consider expanding the selection, especially for bread and dessert. That small addition would make an already great dining experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

   Great food! The rib special is well worth it. The service kinda started out unusual—waiter didn’t bring bread or take away our menus. Once someone else brought our food out, I asked the hostess for ketchup (for the bountiful fries that came with the ribs), gave her the menus, and requested bread. She took care of us. After that our regular waiter started coming around more. He was friendly and ended on a high note. The food was delicious and everyone was friendly. We will come back!

   While eating my steak salad I found a live stink bug on its back with its legs wiggling! They didn’t charge for the salad, which is what I would expect, but I was dismayed and grossed out. The waiter felt terrible. Needless to say I won’t be going back soon.

   These guys were great. We had a party of six and the table they took us to was a big booth which was fine but wasn’t that conducive to being able to interact among 6 people so we asked if we could get a round table. They went out of their way to find one where the party was finishing up and allowed us to move to it within a few minutes. They also let us continue with our waiter who was great (btw he looks a little like Timothee chalamet). The food was great. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

   Excellent meal all around. Best prime rib - perfectly cooked. despite being completely full our table was ready for us when we arrived, thank you Open Table :) and everyone was extremely nice and attentive. My family loves to go to Firebirds and we cannot wait to go back.

   Great food and service. The pork chop is the best thing on the menu. A gluten free dessert would be great! Brandi is always a great manager.

    Waitress was excellent and attentive. My husband’s birthday celebration was a great experience. Food was cooked to perfection. Wonderful memories.
