   The only bad thing I ever have to say about Firebirds is that it feels just a tad over priced - everything is always fantastic, just wish it was a few dollars cheaper so we could go more often.

   We have gone to Firebirds pretty much yearly to celebrate birthdays. We have never had a bad experience. The food always comes out hot and done right. The staff is always on top of the game and the managers are always walking around asking if there’s anything they can do to help. I would recommend anyone to go to Firebirds in Miamisburg for a good meal.

   First time at Firebirds, we were very impressed. I ordered my salmon medium and it was delicious. My dates meal was perfect also. We also had crème brûlée cheesecake and it was amazing! We will definitely be back.

   My friend and I had a drink and an appetizer at the bar before dinner. I got a glass of wine and before I ordered one, I asked to try 2 different wines to see which I Iiked better. Pretty standard I thought… I got my glass of wine and we had our chicken nachos app. When we got our bill for the bar apparently I was charged for my 2 tastes of wine. My friend payed the bill so I didn’t see it but she said it said “open charge wine $7” or something like that. And then also for my glass of wine which was to be expected which was like 12.50. I have just never heard of getting charged for wine tastings and I didn’t even finish the one before the bartender grabbed it and poured it down the drain. So that was strange. We went to our table and ordered our food and I tried something new that I haven’t had before which was my first mistake. I got the honey garlic chicken and it was just not that flavorful or good. It came with asparagus and one other side. I recieved 4 of the skinniest piece of asparagus lol jt was quite funny. They tasted good though and I got the fries which were fine. My friend got a loaded baked potato with her salad and the potato was very hard, wasn’t cooked all the way. I should have just got the BLT salad with chicken because I know that’s delish! We didn’t say anything because the managers were busy helping other tables which I understand.

   We went with a larger group to celebrate a birthday and the person whose birthday we were celebrating their food got forgotten. Food was below average quality. Steaks were poorly seasoned, to where both 9 year olds who ordered one did not like them and sent it back. Manager had a very poor attitude when bringing out food, and tried to tell one of our group members that she had their order and practically forced that individual to take the food even though it wasn’t what they ordered. Manager was not friendly until after being made known our food quality was poor. She gave what seemed like a forced apology regarding our food. Our waitress, she was great, the male helping her seemed absent. Many times we sat waiting for drinks and appetizers. Will not be going back and do not recommend unless you’re going for drinks.

   Our waitress was fantastic and she attended to my 94 yr old father for Veterans Day celebration. She made his night.

   Went for veterans day, our waitress was not very energetic, didn't ask if we were veterans or what brought us in for dinner. Noticed at another table their waitress was all about it. Food was great. Great deal for veterans!

   Our service was great. We all ordered the 9 oz Filet. Flavor was great, but one of the four steaks wasn't cooked as ordered. We didn't send it back. This is the first time we have ever had this issue here, so most likely a fluke. We eat her often. We will return again in the future.
