   Unfortunately we encountered a very distracted server. The resulting poor customer service provided by this person is not indicative of service quality usually provided by Firebirds staff at this location. In this case the poor performance was amicably resolved by the end of our visit.

   We went for the rib special that did not disappoint. We started out with the blt salad and Caesar salad. Both fresh and chilled. Then we both had the rib special, a full rack nicely sauced and not spicy. Loaded baked potato and fruit as the sides. Fresh baked bread also served. We could only eat half our ribs and potato and ended up taking the other half home and eating it for lunch the next day. Love to get this special when they run it!

   Great experience and food, the waiter made my daughter feel special for her 13th birthday. They went above and beyond.

    We had to ask to have the table cleaned- very sticky with splotches of grease. Two people had the rib special which is always a great value and delicious. However, I had the wood-grilled Salmon. It was terrible. There were two small pieces- it looked as though a larger piece was tossed on the dish and broke. The ends were crispy! Who makes crisp salmon? Dry and flavorless. No evidence at all of Key lime butter. I left the crispy pieces. It was disappointing, starting with the dirty table.
