   Great experience at check-in. We were seated pretty quickly. Waitress Valerie was nice and the food was great as always. Firebirds is a great spot to have a nice quality dinner. Second time at this location and think I like it better than the location near me. Keep up the quality service.

   We had an inexperienced server who was overworked and under age to serve wine. He put in our wine order for 2 eight ounce glasses of the same wine and we got brought one glass at a time by different people who put them on the table and immediately turned to leave without saying a word. The second glass was only 5 oz and we had to stop the deliverer from leaving to get it corrected. The meals were delivered in a similar fashion and my wife’s order of a side of potatoes was not delivered. She had half eaten the rest of her food before anyone came by so we could request it. Even that was then delivered much later after the server finally came by to see if we had gotten them and went back to order them again. The evening was extremely disappointing . No attempt was made to compensate us for our experience.

   Made reservations for wife’s birthday well in advance. We had a 2 top booth but were seated in a corner under a light and vent. It was cold. The server seemed to rush us at the beginning then didn’t bring our wine until we were done with our salads and bread. She tended to nearby tables but seemed to ignore us. We both ordered filets and they were just ok. They were cooked correctly but mine was a bit chewy. After rushing us to make our order the server barely checked on us, no refills of water or tempting with a second glass of wine and it took a while to clear dishes. If we go back it won’t be for a special occasion or for the steak.

   Our waitress was amazing. I enjoyed her attitude and her willingness to help us. The manager came around and he was so polite. Wonderful experience

   Our server was excellent and the ambiance was great until a table of 9 very loud men were seated beside us. Definitely try the 3 course meal, which is a bargain for all the food it includes. Prime rib and filet were excellent.

   While our server was amazing, the kitchen staff seemed to be very behind. It was almost 1.5 hours before we received our food. Morrisville has always been our most frequented location; however, this wait time was totally unacceptable.
