   Our waitress, Cameron was surly and unaccommodating when we asked for coffee and canceled our dessert. She turned a joyous birthday celebration into a sad and disappointing experience. None of us live close to Firebirds. We will not be making the long distance trek here for a long time. It’s a shame because the food was good and the hostess was kind.

   The food and drinks were wonderful and our server friendly and professional. The kitchen was very slow it was 50 min after checking in early for a 4:30 reservation until we got our meal and we didn’t order any appetizers .

   Our waiter was very nice, gently and kind, catered to our needs well enough before the rush of other guests but once the restaurant got busy, he was hard to find and didn't check on us, once we received our food. Didn't give us water unless we asked for it nor did he invite us to view the dessert menu, he was overwhelmed and we felt neglected, maybe our next experience will be better because the food was delicious.

   place was extremely busy. Food was good, but wife's steak was not so good. The management took care of this and we were extremely satisfied with the handling of this.

   Always a great meal! Salmon and shrimp dinner perfectly cooked! The broccoli was al dente as it should be! Bright green! Yum! Husband had perfect fall off the bones ribs. Fruit was fresh and sweet. Kiddos to the best cooks! You never disappoint! Becky is truly one of the best servers. We’ve had her a few times and she is on top of everything. She’s got the personality perfect for the job too! Firebirds quality is a notch above! Keep it up!

    The food & drinks were really tasty, especially that crème brûlée cheesecake. Our server Becky was absolutely amazing.
