    Decent experience overall. Busy, but the wait was too long. Food was good and the service attentive. Steak was cooked as ordered and seasoned very nicely. Family all enjoyed their dishes very much.

    Blaze did a nice job serving our table. The guest with me was a first timer and thouroughly enjoyed the experience. The remodeling looks fantastic! There seems to also be a renewed energy toward creating a first class experience!

    The $35 steak had a lot of gristle, making it difficult to chew. The baked potato was super salty, the chicken was dry and the “Seasoned” steak fries were nothing but frozen thick French fries with a little salt. The hostess needed more training, but the waitress who had only started two weeks ago was the only highlight . It was our first time to Firebirds, and we were super disappointed.

    Fantastic service. Staff is very friendly. I ordered the parmesan crusted chicken and the steamed broccoli as a side. It was excellent. The broccoli was very tasty. Very large portions.

    Always have a good experience at Firebirds. We go there quite often. Management seems to have changed as well as a new remodel. Very nice.
