   This was a great experience. Even though it was Mothers Day I was there for a different special occasion. Our food was delicious and cooked as requested. The staff including a Manager was very attentive and helpful.

   Took mom & dad to Firebirds Peoria to celebrate Mother’s Day. Had a reservation but they were running behind (ended up about 40 minutes) but acknowledged that upon check in. Server was prompt, attentive, pleasant & energetic. Took good care of our needs throughout the meal. It was quite loud due to full house for Mother’s Day. Food was tasty and portions were generous. Bloody Mary was good but I do like to add some extra this or that but let it go as was. Kudos to the entire staff as they were moving & grooving to keep everyone as happy as possible.

   The food was just excellent. Our server was great. He was able to attend to every need in a very crowded but noisy environment for Mothers Day It was a great experience

   Food & service was good. Had to wait an hour after arriving (45 minutes beyond my reservation time) to be seated. Once seated took 35-49 minutes to get what we ordered.

    It was very busy, and our reservation was running 20 minutes behind so not bad for a Mother's Day weekend. The reason for my average rating was the food. My prime rib was bland, my brothers rib eye was very tough.
