   The 3 course dinner was outstanding. The chicken tortilla soup tasted great despite being a little bit too thick. The BLT salad and dressing was crisp and delicious. Our prime ribs were cooked perfectly and we shared a baked potatoe and carrots for our sides. The brownie sundae was HUGE and fantastic and we took the creme brulee dessert home as we were stuffed. Haven't had a meal this good in a long time. Thank you.

   We waited 20min, past our reservations. But it was a Saturday night, not bad. The food and service were both excellent. 'Shout out to our server Brooke'. Great job

   Waitress was not attentive! Had to ask for silverware twice! Also, had to ask for water refill! Parmesan crusted chicken was not seasoned! It was not good at all. Waitress was not friendly and seem unconcerned about our visit!

   Food was outstanding. We all had different cuts and all were outstanding. Deviled egg appetizer was fantastic as well. Only real drawback was the noise level was higher than most fine restaurants.

   Our server, Daisy, was excellent; she kept every drink we had refilled and was very personable and nice. She checked on us several times, and my wife and I liked her.

   Food and service was excellent, but it was super loud! It was hard to carry on a conversation with the people sitting at our own table. When did it become ok to practically yell in restaurants? People need to use their inside voice! :-(

   Firebirds has become our favorite place for relaxed casual dining. This was a celebration of my wife's birthday, we and our friends had a wonderful time. In fact one of our friends had never visited Firebirds before, but commented on how they certainly planned to be returning in the future.

    Very accommodating and understanding when it comes to allergies / dietary restrictions. The food was also overall outstanding. Would come back and visit again in the future.
