    Kyra was one of the best servers we have had at Firebirds. We have been coming for the last three years once a week. Exceptional smile and easy going with attention to detail and the ability to larger parties.

    Excellent food but our table had several ants going across our table. They moved us to a new table, wiped it down and sat another couple. I have pictures of the ants. I just would have left the table open and spray area at end of night.

    Great food although my steak was a little overdone… got mushrooms instead of potatoes but server fixed that quickly . Had to wait awhile for my ice tea refill, they were making more tea… a little slow on delivery if found as took over two hours to eat our meal. Overall the experience was good, and gave us a free dessert fur our anniversary. Very sweet server but she had many large tables to wait on. Will return because we love the salads!!!

    I made reservations ahead of time but ended up having to wait 20 mins to sit. Our waiter was polite and attentive but could tell he was over worked. When the food came out, my husband ordered the salmon and shrimp. It was good but disappointed that only 2 shrimp came with meal but charged top dollar when it wasn’t worth that much.

    A first-rate steak house, with a good variety of non-steak options, and great sides. Cook was a bit off on a couple of our steaks, but manager made it right immediately. We will definitely be back.

    My server was very friendly and the food was good. The only thing o didn’t like was being close to the kitchen and asked could I have a booth when booties were empty and was told they were not available. Other than that I really liked my waitress Taylor
