   We visited second time at Firebirds restaurant. It was very busy but waitress was very helpful and friendly and food was great too. I felt better than last time service and food. We will come back soon!

   I had the honey chicken with a baked potato and street corn with a lemonade to drink. I'm very disappointed. Chicken was dry and tough, street corn had no flavor, and my lemonade was nasty. Disappointed in this visit, I do believe it'll be a while before I go again.

   We had to wait a little longer than we would have liked since we did have a reservation but the wait was worth it in the end. The food was incredible and the service was wonderful.!

   Very poor service. Booked for a group of 12 and we waited 40 mins after we were seated just to order our food. Overall our stay was 3 hours+ due to lack of service since we were only checked on twice. We had to ask the manager for assistance. Multiple orders were not fulfilled. I had to get up and ask to be tabbed out just for us to leave. Food was decent (if you got your order). They were not rude, but they were not attentive whatsoever. Maybe we caught them on a rough day, but we will not be back.

   Two people at our table ordered the 7 oz sirloin and we had salads and other items and alcoholic drinks. The steak came out beautiful but it was well done and I ordered it med rare. The other person with me at the table, theirs was overcooked also. We both sent them back and the waitress was so sorry. The waitress was wonderful and the manager. When both steaks came out again, they were all gristle. Both of us sent them back and the asst manager gave us $40 for each person at the table to be used at another time. We are all so thankful they accommodated us. Thank you

    Food was good but service very very slow. Made a 545 reservation and that didn't matter. Very very loud. Way too many large tables. Servers can't handle all the large parties. Won't go back
