   Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is a fantastic dining experience! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the food is perfectly prepared, and the attention to detail is impeccable. A special shoutout to our server, Emerson, who truly elevated our evening with her outstanding service. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure every aspect of our meal was perfect.    Our food was great, our service was not. Unfortunately our server, Ethan didn’t know the menu and did not want to be there it seemed. He was very short with us and didn’t seem to care about the basic things like how the steaks should be cooked or refilling drinks etc. It’s unfortunate to spend $400 on dinner and have that kind of an experience.

   Made reservations for Christmas Eve. Were sat at the first booth in the restaurant facing the front door and bar - I should have asked to move but figured with the holiday the other tables were reserved. Appetizers - Philly cheesesteak eggrolls, wings and tuna -were very good but wings and eggrolls were overpriced. My kids ordered garlic sirloins which were outstanding and worth the cost. My husband and I each ordered pasta dishes. My caprese pasta tasted like it had cilantro in it and not basil which was strange. We barely ate either of ours but did try the kids steaks which were fantastic. Service was “mid” with the exception of the hostess who would pick up empty dishes on her way through the dining room. Our waiter seemed unhappy to be there which I can’t blame him for on Christmas Eve. Drinks were excellent and priced fairly. If you are going- get a steak!

   We had a very nice Christmas Eve dinner. Service and ambiance were great. Food was not disappointing but also not noteworthy, for the money spent. Overall good experience and will go back.

   As usual, our experience at one of the local Firebirds was great! This time at the Southpark location. Emerson was a fantastic server. It was one of those meals where you were like, “Damn, she was a really good server!” The food was delicious and the staff was attentive, constantly taking dirty dishes and glasses from the table. We actually felt like we were important to them as customers!

   Ordered the cajun ribeye and a filet. Both steaks were cooked as requested. Ok as to flavor. Only one side. Baked potato was all right. Not completely cooked. Mashed were good. Our server was very nice and courteous. Should mention the potato soup was good, but arrived late and was comp'd. Very slow. My son had the cheesecake for dessert and said it was excellent. Overall an ok, not great meal, slow and pricey.

   I have been eating at Firebirds for 20+ years. This was without question the worst dining experience I have ever had there, especially at the Southpark location. I'll be brief. We started our evening in the bar. The service was incredibly slow. the bartender was incompetent. I ordered a dirty martini with blue cheese olives. Easy enough, right? No olive juice in the martini. No blue cheese in the olives, my girlfriend ordered a Lemon Drop. Supposed to be one of their signature martinis. It was TERRIBLE!! She left over half of it on the table. The waitress was worse. She should be working at a car wash. Complained to Mandy the manager. She was sympathetic. Tried to make it up with dessert but I would have been happier with a refund on my girlfriend's drink. The deterioration of this restaurant is an unfortunate loss for the community.

    Our server was really helpful and kind. He served as freshly baked bread even though it was not in the menu. The food was good! I love their 3 course meal! It was definitely a great deal! I highly recommend! I love their decorations or aesthetics. It was just too loud but tolerable. I had a blast!
