    Ordered the cajun ribeye and a filet. Both steaks were cooked as requested. Ok as to flavor. Only one side. Baked potato was all right. Not completely cooked. Mashed were good. Our server was very nice and courteous. Should mention the potato soup was good, but arrived late and was comp'd. Very slow. My son had the cheesecake for dessert and said it was excellent. Overall an ok, not great meal, slow and pricey.

    Our server was really helpful and kind. He served as freshly baked bread even though it was not in the menu. The food was good! I love their 3 course meal! It was definitely a great deal! I highly recommend! I love their decorations or aesthetics. It was just too loud but tolerable. I had a blast!

    We went to Firebirds SouthPark for an end of year team gathering and it was a great experience! The food was amazing and they had unique menu items and great variety. The service was wonderful! My water glass was never empty and the food came promptly. We will be back!

    Celebrated my birthday at Firebirds Southpark with my niece. I started with an excellent vodka martini with blue cheese olives, and we both ordered from the 3-course meal menu. That is an amazing bargain and both of our entrees were excellently prepared. The sides were also great, with the seasonal vegetables crisp and not soggy. Will definitely come back on my next visit to Charlotte - oh, and GO GATORS!

    After seating, had to wait 25 minutes for cocktails snd then wait another 45 minutes for entree order.

    Order food with a salad, food came out within five minutes server tried to bring salad. Told him take food back wanted salad before meal.

    Amazing experience, our server was awesome, she explained everything, stopped by frequently to check on us, ambience was great, there were several work groups there for holiday parties but they kept the noise level at a minimum.

    Wine selection was excellent, had a nice glass of Rose. Our server Jack was friendly & knowledgable. Grilled salmon & salad was perfect with citrus vinegarette dressing. Cozy fireplace was perfect for a Chilly day.
