   Upon entering Firebird's we were greeted by name and immediately taken to a booth that we had requested. Then a delightful server named McKenna took amazingly good care of our every need. We could not have asked for a better experience. Truly wonderful mostly because of the service McKenna provided.

   The service was great- but the sauce in the pasta was to loose and the fries were just not done enough

   Have not been in a while. Ordered a lemonade drop and it seemed to be watery. Also had the Seabass. The Seabass was bland and seemed to be over cooked and the shrimp was like rubber.

   My experience was great! We had 17 people in our party. We were able to all seat together and our servers were excellent! Thank you Firebird for making my anniversary party absolutely wonderful!

   Not great. We will not return for dinner. Had to send three out of four plates back … two were overcooked (filet and tomahawk chop) and one was under cooked (strip). It took a really long time to get food back … which was weird for the strip b/c all they had to do was cook it from rare to medium rare. Manager did comp the chop after it took 30+minutes to come back out. It was pretty disruptive as there were four of us and one was done with her meal before anyone else got their food. I do feel like the manager missed an opportunity to buy a round of drinks or buy a dessert to make up for all the mistakes. Jimmy, our server, was great and were happy to take care of him as it’s never the server’s fault when the grill station can’t get it right.

   Date night. Took advantage of rib dinner special being offered. The ribs were very good. My date's salmon dish was also excellent. Our server was very attentive and did a great job. A couple of birthday parties near our booth made it a little noisy, but obviously not the fault of the restaurant. Overall, a good date night.

   Small issue with a large group invading our table Nothing major Both managers went well above and beyond to make it right and comp an appetizer Checked in us several times They were both everywhere handling a lot but took the time to make our visit a pleasure I rarely write reviews but their professionalism required one
