   We had a great evening at Firebirds. We both had the three course meal, but chose different options. My soup, entree & dessert were very good with the exception of the chicken itself which was quite dry. My husband also enjoyed one of the soups, the salmon & shrimp entree and a dessert. He did wish his entree came on a plate rather than in a bowl as it was very awkward to cut. Our server, Taylor, was fantastic. Not Firebirds fault, but the traffic & parking is awful; that center was so poorly planned.

   Always good service and food. Salads are excellent and more than enough for a second helping the next day. And, of course, like everything else in Prasada parking is a problem. Get there early.

   Firebirds RARELY FAILLS to Deliver Excellent Food with Great Service. Sure , a little pricy but very hearty and delicious plus great experience . This restaurant location is MORE PROFESSIONALLY and Customer Service than some other restaurants in the Valley! Hats off!

   Our experience on December 31st was not up to past standards. Service was great, our server was wonderful. Food was disappointing for the price you pay especially the baked potatoes. There were 7 of us and 6 ordered baked potatoes which arrived cold. They replaced them with luke warm ones. The filets were warm along with one salmon. A porter house steak was cold and was replaced. You shouldn't have to go to an expensive restaurant and have problems. This might be a one off evening, we have eaten there several times with no problems. It's still on our list as ago to restaurant.

   We like firebirds. We try to visit several times a month. This time was awful. We didn't even get beyond getting a table. We had reservations, but the place was unexpectedly slammed with customers. We sat and waited for 20 minutes for service. No one would even look at us. We tried several times to get a server's attention, but couldn't. We will come back because it's a place we like, but we'll make sure it is on a totally off day and hour.

   We made reservations several days in advance and when we arrived we were surprised at how loud the restaurant was. We also were surprised that one of the dining tables sat directly in front of the front entrance next to the check-in area. That must have been very disruptive to the family sitting at that table as people stood near the table to get in line to check-in. My husband and I were seated at a very tiny plain table right next to a cold window that looked out onto the parking lot. Not at all what I was hoping for - it was more of a Denny's ambiance. Thankfully, we saw a couple of spots at the bar so we moved there, ordered a drink, a bowl of chili and tortilla soup, and then left. Still, we spent FAR more than we should have for what we got. If the ambiance was better and there had been more thought about guests' experiences, I would have given more stars because the food was tasty, but not worth the high price.

    Even though restaurant was very busy our service was excellent, cocktails great and food was exceptional. Nice that mgr stopped by table to check in.
