    The service was very good. The host was helpful in rescheduling my reservation. We wound up sitting at the bar though because the available table was right by the main entrance. The food was disappointing. The fries were cold and my salmon was overcooked even though I ordered it medium rare. The interior was oddly laid out and cramped. Will not be going back.

    The food was delicious and the service outstanding. We were a party of 6 who had a lot of catching up to do. We stayed for 3 hours and didn’t feel any pressure to turn the table.

    We went to celebrate a few special events. Bree was our server and she was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious! We love Firebirds!

    The service and the food were great however the patio is poorly designed. It was a cold day and there was only one heater. There’s nothing to block the wind. Every other restaurant has adequate heating/protection but Firebirds has nothing. They treat it as “overflow” and it’s definitely not the same ambience as inside. We’ve been when it’s hot out and they don’t accommodate much then either. Don’t seem to hold the same standards for themselves when comparing the patio to indoors.
