   Took over an hour to get our food. Prime Rib is usually very good, but this time it was chewy.

   The food was great but the service missed a few minor details - for example when asked to leave the sour cream on the side of the baked potato it came mixed with ALL the toppings defeating the purpose of wanting it on the side. (It bothers me but my husband likes it so we asked for it to be on the side; also I ordered a cup of soup which came with a huge dollop of sour cream as well. In a perfect world that would be in the side as well. Just little details that if had been noticed would have made the experience perfect!)

   We had a reservation for 6:30 PM and got there 15 minutes early. They were able to seat us, but I asked for a larger table to accommodate plates to be put on the table. They said fine we just needed to wait until 6:30. Other people came in without a reservation, and were seated in a booth for six and they were only two people. We were finally seated at 6:50. Service was slow, but I attribute it to staff shortage.

   We had a fabulous dinner! Came in for the 19.99 baby back rib special. Absolutely delicious. The service was wonderful, drinks were served fast and ice cold! Love the pineapple martini and on Mondays it’s only 7.00. It was my husband’s birthday and they brought him a lovely dessert and Matt the manager gave us 10.00 off our tab because his birthday email had not shown up yet. Everything from service, to food , to attentiveness was spot on. It was a great meal and perfect service as always!

   Great dinner. Excellent service from our server Melissa. Had the tomahawk pork chop, which was moist and delicious. Will definitely be scheduling another visit.

    Music was loud and did not set the proper ambiance. Made the whole restaurant noisy because people were trying to talk over it. Food was good and piping hot. Catered well to birthday celebration.
